A guy sits at a bar in a skyscraper restaurant high above the city. He slams a shot of tequila, goes over to the window and jumps out.

The guy sitting next to him can't believe what he just saw. He's more surprised when, 10 minutes later, the same guy walks back into the bar and sits down next to him.

The astonished onlooker asks, "How did you do that? I just saw you jump out the window, and we're hundreds of feet above the ground!"

The jumper responds by slurring, "Well, I don't get it either. I slam a shot of tequila, and when I jump out the window, the tequila makes me slow down right before I hit the ground. Watch." He takes a shot, goes to the window and jumps out.

The other guy runs to the window and watches as the guy falls to just above the sidewalk, slows down and lands softly on his feet. A few minutes later, the jumper walks back into the bar.

The other guy has to try it, too, so he orders a shot of tequila. He slams it and jumps out the window. As he reaches the bottom, he doesn't slow down at all. SPLAT!

The first guy orders another shot of tequila. The bartender shakes his head. "You're really an asshole when you're drunk, Superman."

Lost Trip 2

We were having our Lost Trip 2 again. Lost trip 1 was at KL and lost trip 2 took place at NKVE freeway.

3 of us sitting in the car, spent around 1 and a half hour only reach Subang.

Before that we were sitting in the car for some time because we don't know the way to Jalan Ipoh.

The exact plan to Low Yat was cancel due to the driver's random problem.

Yesterday that 3 fellas who join Lost Trip 3 was :

Jia Yu -> driver
Lim -> participant
Rbekah -> perticipant

Reason why we got lost in NKVE?

Because we wanted to go back to subang for a movie first and we decided not to use Penchala Link which can go back to BU.

Prepare for those tests and assignments:
This is the best way to minimize anxiety. Here are a few tips for preparing for an exam:

• Avoid cramming for a test. Cramming can produce high levels of anxiety and is not helpful in trying to learn a large amount of material.

• Instead of trying to memorize all of the intricate details from an entire semester’s worth of notes and readings, try combining everything and learning the larger, main concepts first.

• When studying, try to create questions that could possibly be asked on the test. Try integrating ideas from lectures, notes, books and other readings.

• If it is impossible for you to cover all of the material for the test, choose one portion that you know you will be able to cover and present well.

Change your attitude:
It can help to change the way you think about taking tests. A test will not predict your future success or determine your self worth. Changing your attitude can actually help you enjoy studying and learning. Here are some ways you can work on changing your attitude:

• Remind yourself that it is only a test and there will be others.

• Reward yourself when the test is over.

• Think of yourself in a positive way. Think of all the hard work you have done already or think of what you do know.

• Plan ways to improve next semester

Don’t forget the basics:
Don’t forget about yourself and what you need. This means thinking of yourself as a total person, not just as a test taker.

• Maintain proper nutrition and exercise, and continue some of your social or recreational activities. It is ok to take a break once in a while.

• Make sure you get plenty of sleep. You can’t function at your best if you are tired.

• Do something relaxing when you feel adequately prepared.

Again, try to do something relaxing before the test. Cramming minutes before can produce anxiety. Get to the test early. This way, you can pick out your seat away from anxiety-ridden classmates and other distractions. Now, you’re ready to take the test…Good luck!

The weekend altercation between one-time lovebirds Rihanna and Chris Brown left her bloody and bruised, and was so brutal it required a doctor's intervention, according to new details emerging yesterday.

"Chris knocked her around," a source told People magazine. Witnesses in the hospital with Rihanna told other online sources the "Umbrella" singer "was clearly very upset. ... I could hear her screaming."

Brown, 19, was booked on a felony count of making threats Sunday and could face further charges. He's free on $50,000 bail and his whereabouts are uncertain.

Rihanna, 20, whose full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, is cooperating with detectives, according to the Los Angeles Times, which has identified the singer as the victim of the weekend assault.

Both singers have nixed upcoming appearances as the fallout from their Grammy weekend fight continues to spread. Rihanna canceled a Friday night concert in Malaysia; Brown will not participate in events surrounding the NBA's All-Star Game in Phoenix this weekend.

Brown's ad for the well-known "Got Milk?" campaign was wiped off the bodybymilk.com Web site yesterday.

"The Milk Mustache campaign is taking the allegations against Chris Brown very seriously," a rep told Usmagazine.com. The representative said that Brown's ad was launched last fall and is scheduled to end this week.

The move came a day after Wrigley's halted its ad campaign featuring Brown.

Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton has said he expects the case will be transferred to the district attorney's office. Reports yesterday had the case shifting to the DA and then back to the LAPD for further investigation.

A Los Angeles defense attorney told People magazine the case could be influenced by whether Rihanna is willing to forgive Brown.

"Prosecutors back off somewhat when they see a couple trying to work out their own issues," Steve Sitkoff said.

Brown has spoken publicly about his own alleged history of family abuse, at the hands of his stepfather.

Both Brown and Rihanna are nominated as outstanding recording artists at tomorrow's NAACP Image Awards. A representative told the Times that neither had officially backed out of the event.
